The short version

Malyuy! is a drawing app built for kids, and we built it to work entirely on your device. We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal information, drawings, or usage data to our servers. There are no ads, no analytics, and no third-party tracking of any kind inside Malyuy!.

What data we collect

None. Malyuy! does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data, usage analytics, crash reports, device identifiers, or drawings to us or to any third party. Everything you draw stays only on your own device, in the app's local storage. We never see it.

We do not use cookies, analytics SDKs, advertising SDKs, or crash-reporting services of any kind.

In-app purchases

Malyuy! offers in-app purchases processed entirely through Apple's App Store (StoreKit). When you make a purchase, your payment information is handled directly by Apple according to Apple's Privacy Policy — we never receive, see, or store your payment details, card numbers, or Apple ID information. We only receive confirmation that a purchase was completed, which is used solely to unlock the content you paid for.

Advertising

Malyuy! contains no advertising of any kind — no ad networks, no ad SDKs, and no behavioral or targeted advertising.

Children's privacy & COPPA

Malyuy! is designed for children and is fully compliant with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). Because the app does not collect any personal information from anyone, including children under 13, no parental consent mechanism is required — there is simply no data collected to consent to.

• No names, emails, photos, location, or other personal information are collected from children.
• No persistent identifiers are used to track children across apps or websites.
• No behavioral advertising or profiling of any kind occurs.
• Drawings created in the app remain on-device and are never uploaded anywhere by us.

Third parties

The only third party involved in Malyuy! is Apple, through its App Store and StoreKit purchase system, and through standard App Store operation (e.g. app downloads, device requirements). Apple's handling of any data related to app distribution and purchases is governed by Apple's own Privacy Policy, not by us.

Changes to this policy

If we ever change what data Malyuy! collects (for example, if we later add optional analytics), we will update this page and revise the "Last updated" date above before the change takes effect.
